Used Car Purchase I bought my used car from Eugene Kwiczala in May 2016. Was easy to deal with over phone and very straight up to deal with in person too. Would Not Recommend Bought a used 2012 Murano in Feb. 2016. Initial experience was decent. After picking up the vehicle however, noticed two small issues that are stil Bought a used 2012 Murano in Feb. 2016. Initial experience was decent. After picking up the vehicle however, noticed two small issues that are still not fixed after 2 month... 1) car's wiper fluid sprayer doesn't work.. didn't think of trying it during the test drive, brought it back to be fixed, they said they need to order the specific part and will call me back once it has arrived... 2) rear license plate is hanging loose as both top two screw holes seem to be broken and they drilled two temporary holes on the bottom... also waiting to be fixed still. Since then, I'm calling them every week and each time gets sent back and forth between service and parts department with no one able to tell me exactly when the part order will arrive. Overall their sales team seems okay but very bad impression from the service department thus the overall negative experience. More
