Walk ins welcome! I will be honest and say prior to this, my experience was not pleasant. This was a complete 360. I was able to come in for a walk in and leave my car and have it ready within 3 hours time. Especially for a walk in where you have to be flexible, I think a three hour turnaround was quick! Alfie is great. Always takes great care of me. The ladies at the reception desk are amazing. The gentleman who walked me over to cash out checked for satusfaction which was great. As a manager myself, I feel like the dealership hit all the elements of legendary customer service. It just goes to show that any bad experience in the past isn't overlooked but rather addressed. Even last time, my bad experience was addressed by a call from one of the management. It was handled very well. More

Emergency brake repairs I needed an emergency brake work in addition to oil change, they were fully booked for two or more weeks. I was told to bring the car in anyway, but n I needed an emergency brake work in addition to oil change, they were fully booked for two or more weeks. I was told to bring the car in anyway, but no promise of same day repair. I agreed. To my surprise, the repairs were done same day, and one or two minor repairs were done without charge.
