From the moment I entered the Airport Mazda Dealership, they went above and beyond customer satisfaction and did everything to treat me so special, that it honestly felt so comfortable. I went in a cold morning, the first person I met was the Leasing Sales Manager Amirali Vazin, I won’t hesitate to say, his customer service was amazing that he made my day. Amirali is so good at what he is doing, he explained the tiniest details of the new Mazda 3 2020 and he also managed to arrange me a test drive right away, which is only offered on appointment basis with other dealerships. After going to a couple of dealerships, this place felt DIFFERENT, both in sales and customer service. My most heartful thanks also goes to the Sales Manager, Dilan Ratnapala, who is the man behind managing everything perfect to make sure it all runs smooth. Dilan completely satisfied my expectations and worked out to give an amazing price for the latest 2020 model. I promise, his excellent service skills are something you will notice in an instant. Lastly, I should also mention, Ganesh who is the Finance and Leasing Manager, He did everything to get my leasing approved, he happily answered my questions at any time. I conclude this review saying that Amirali and Dilan are the best combination because they both work to give you the best deal. Overall, I felt, everyone who worked there are very friendly, knowledgeable and experts in their own field. Finally, I got my 2020 Mazda 3 yesterday for the price I had in my mind with no single regret, it’s with my great experience that I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking forward to buying a car. Very disappointing service I bought a new Mazda 3 here. After driving it for less than 5 minutes an error message popped up telling me to get my brand new car checked out. I fig I bought a new Mazda 3 here. After driving it for less than 5 minutes an error message popped up telling me to get my brand new car checked out. I figured out what the problem was and was told to come in and it would be fixed. So I drove out to the dealership and was told, well we have to order parts, so you'll have to come back another day. Weeks later, I cannot get a hold of anyone in the service department to actually tell me if the parts are in or not. I've been told 3 times that someone would call me back, but nothing. I would have thought buying and driving a new car would be a more pleasant experience. More
