I have visited a number of different dealers because my wife and I were looking to upgrade our vehicle. I had a great experience with Airdrie Honda. As a first time buyer, I expected to go into the dealership and immediately be pressured and "convinced" to buy something. It wasn't the case at all. I dealt with Shaddy and found that he was very friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. This made all the difference to me because I trusted him immediately. I explored other Honda dealers, and had the best experience at Airdrie Honda. Shaddy took me for a test drive that was much more informative than I would expect a test drive to be. He demonstrated features of the car that a first time buyer wouldn't know to ask about. He was very likeable and knowledgeable. I was most impressed about his understanding of what the buyer is looking for. He seemed to be more concerned about the buyer's happiness than the potential profit for the dealership. All in all I was impressed and have no regrets choosing Airdrie Honda. More
