There was more sales pressure than I would have liked during the financing process with regards to the purchase of an extended warranty although in the end I purchased one. In retrospect I was pressured into making a purchase that was probably not financially advantageous in terms of the cost benefit. In general, I have always found the purchase of a car to be unpleasant experience one that does not benefit from undue pressure. More

My only complaint was that we bought a used car that should have had the oil change done prior to delivery (they said it would) so I was glad I asked them to confirm with the service department that it had been done because it wasn't.
