However expecting to pick up a certified 160 point check mazda vehicle that we paid $1100 was very disappointing. Snow tires were on the vehicle in July and nobody noticed it so we had to get them replaced. The plastic cover over the license was falling off. There was a tire pressure warning light that came on when we drove off the lot and the back speakers don't work. So far the dealer is handling some of these issues. More

Be warned - check the math I test drove a 2016 Mazda CX-5 demo vehicle. The salesman (Kurt) provided me with two financing quotes which were over my budget. I brought up that I I test drove a 2016 Mazda CX-5 demo vehicle. The salesman (Kurt) provided me with two financing quotes which were over my budget. I brought up that I found it surprising that a 2016 new vehicle was only $1000 more then a demo and he mentioned that along with those savings I would also save on new car fees such a freight/pdi. I took a photo of the two quotes and once I got home I was using an online calculator to figure out what I could afford but was surprised to find that using the numbers he gave me there was an extra $5096. I emailed him to see where this came from and have not received an answer. I hoped for a quality explaination but since I received none I can only assume they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes and rip me off. Make sure if you purchase a vehicle from these guys that you get a breakdown of the cost and check the math. Very disappointed with the dishonesty! FYI. The car was priced at $29245, I was quoted $2500 for a trade in, $1000 down for 48 months at 0% biweekly payments. Online calculator (and my math) with 13% tax was $281/payment. The written quote the dealership provided was $330/payment. 330-281=49x26 payments per year for 4 years is $5096. Thats a lot of extra money in their pockets! More

We were told we would get the money back for being charged extra, its been more than 6 months now and we still did not get our money. I recently email Justin multiple times and we did not hear back. I can't believe this is happening for such a big dealership. When they want you to renew your lease, they contact you multiple times, and we have questions we were ignored. This is totally unacceptable. More

Jimmy Lu, the salesperson I dealt with listened to what I had to say and what my key requirements were and addressed them right away. You would think this is a key component but surprisingly not all sales reps I dealt with at other dealerships were interested in actually listening to the customer. Jimmy did a great job from the time we walked in the door to closing the deal today. He was proactive with his follow up throughout the process and was courteous, personable and without any pressure. Jimmy's support team who we met; Kurt Ranos, Heeral Shah, Jeff Wang and Susan Su were all a pleasure to deal with. More
