He gives great professional customer service, is knowledgeable about their products and doesn't play games typical of other dealerships. We met with Mike Bieth to discuss finance options - again no pressure - he gave us lots of information but never pressured us and actually listened to what we said. Glen Barreth the new general manager met with us after our purchase - again impressed that he wanted to know how our experience was and if we were happy with everything. When I arrived he had the escape I had mentioned i was interested in parked up front and running for me! This was an A plus in my books! He showed me the vehicle and we went for a test drive!
