We were very pleasantly surprised with the forthcoming customer service we got from Seanan Power and Robin. They explained all the costs and went to bat for us a few times to make sure the price worked for everyone involved. The no pressure environment was really what got us sold. We have decided that Seanan is our guy for any future vehicle purchases. More
First off, Susan is a star. I always make sure I get her as my service agent and will delay as much time as necessary to make sure she is looking after us. When vehicles come in for servicing it would be nice to be given a print out of the work being done and a quote. I hate surprises at the payment desk that a oil change now included brake adjustments and I be given a print out of the work being done and a quote.
