People are nice (being in customer service they have to be)but the service and quality of service received is absolutely horrible. We will never bring our vehicles to be serviced there again. We brought our traverse there 3 times in the past 2 years spending more than 3k on an air conditioning issue. Please keep in mind that because of the pandemic we barely used the vehicle….and only used the air conditioning for approximately 6 months in the past 2 years. The vehicle was first “repaired “ on July 2019, again 8 days later….and now in June 2021. Each time they (service department) found something else wrong….where we as the customers need to pay AGAIN. Get it right the FIRST TIME. I have no problem paying…..but where I have a problem is you guys don’t stand behind your work. We will never buy or service our vehicles from your location. And we are letting all family and friends know about how disappointed we are in your level or lack of service received. I hope you understand just how disappointed we are. Maybe someone needs to review the work being done in your service department to ensure your loyal customers are receiving the best quality of work possible. I now feel that the mom and pop shops are the way to go as I’m sure they will appreciate our business……and stand behind their work. Again people are nice (because they have to be) but the quality of service will determine a satisfied customer. More
