Not only do I consistently receive exceptional vehicle service, I am always treated fairly and with consideration of not only what my vehicle needs, but what I need as well to get on with my day. The technicians reported findings are always explained to me by the service advisor and I have never felt pushed into service that isn't needed or warranted at the time. Brendan (the service manager) is always proactively ensuring that all of my expectations are met or exceeded. I recognise the value that I get from servicing my vehicles at Acura sherway as my vehicles are always returned to me worry free. If something is not right, they prioritize and address it immediately and with priority. I keep coming back to Acura Sherway because my vehicle needs are met consistently and with honesty and integrity at a reasonable price. I've tried a few other places and there is just no comparison. Professional Our first visit to the Dealership was a Saturday morning. We spoke to David about a good 2017 used RDX. David was also dealing with another customer at the same time. We were not in a particular hurry and enjoyed the time spent in the customer waiting room with TV, free WIFI, coffee.....and even a nice lunch brought in at noon. The paperwork was completed and we were scheduled to pick up the vehicle in a few days. The day we took delivery of the vehicle, it was so clean inside and outside, it looked brand new, even the engine was spotless. David greeted us and after the necessary paperwork was completed, gave us a tour of all the "bells and whistles" and safety features of the vehicle. David told us to come back and see him any time if we had any questions. Our first experience was very good and I would recommend this Dealership. More

On each visit all the people I deal with are friendly and have gone out of their way to help me when it was needed. In particular Brenden, on many occasions has gone above and beyond what I expect in a service/parts manager. It does not matter whether I am buying parts or attending for a scheduled maintenance I always receive the same great service. What I appreciate most is the friendly atmosphere. Mr. Brenden Gomes is their prese I have dealt with Acura Sherway for over thirty years. Buying my new cars and having them serviced there exclusively. Mr. Brenden Gomes is their present Service Manager, and Parts Manager, and he has achieved a high standard of excellent customer care from his staff, from arrival to departure, every time. The team of Service Advisors and Technicians work together very well, and every care is taken to be efficient in all respects. I drive on average about 30,000 kilometres a year, and every one of my cars has given total reliability, over the years. Very special mention is due to Technicians who are proactive, as needed, to inspect the mechanical components of the car, and then recommend service and repairs, well before any inconvenience is experienced. Special mention is also due to the members of the Parts Department. Replacement parts that are designed for the car are essential for proper service by Technicians, and the staff in the Parts Department are most capable of keeping those parts available, making any waiting periods very rare. Overall, dealing with Acura Sherway has been a very special privilege, and I do congratulate Mr. Brenden Gomes for a very high standard of customer service..
