Thanks for taking the time to review our dealership. We are sorry you feel that you were not treated properly when you came in for your ICBC door lock claim. We don't like to hear that because of your age, you feel you were treated differently. Please call Ken Shane, our service manager, as he would like to talk to you about your experience. In terms of the engine issues you are experiencing with your 2000 Jetta, unfortunately we could not look into these other non-related issues as ICBC determines the claim and will not pay for work outside of your claim. Should you have other issues with your car, we would be more than happy to quote you on the repairs, but these would not be covered by the ICBC door lock claim.
