I went to look at one certain car a good friend of mine said he would have loved to get. He brought up the Abbotsford Volkswagen website and navigated to this sleek black 5 speed 2014 Jetta TSI 1.8L Turbo Highline Sedan in no time and handed me his phone. I couldn't stop looking at it. Rear windows tinted out, this car looked amazing. I had to see it in person. My son and I went the next day asking for a certain individual known as Richard. He wasn't on that day so we came back the next day. After Richard had shown so many aspects of this vehicle, well we were cleaning out the old to put in the new. We drove away in that amazing Jetta. Newest car I had ever owned and by far the best. So beginning of August I get a call from Richard saying I should come in, so I did. A great deal had risen for me on a brand new 2016 Jetta GLI Autobahn! But I was totally into my 2014 Jetta. That's the look I want I said. Richard brought this new GLI around and parked it beside my car. Wow this new car can have the look of my car and be so much more. So the great people at Abbotsford Volkswagen helped me get what I wanted in this new car. That being my tinted windows, my vent shades and me in the drivers seat. I didn't think it could get better than my 2014 Jetta, but the 6 speed blows me away, and so much more of course. You people actually out did yourselves. My friends are jealous except one of course. But no worries, they have been told to stop in at Abbotsford Volkswagen. Thank you to everyone involved in this my first brand new car. Gotta love that new car smell! Absolutely love it. More

Service was good but the car was dirty when I got it Jesse was very nice and helpful. The finance lady was great also. Unwilling to compromise on what I wanted and Luckily Richard was up to the challange and got me everything I wanted (plus some!) in my Tiguan. I love my new car! Augest and Stefani are always extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and they never make me feel as though I should know something. Jason is very good at giving me different options and breaking things down. Everyone is more than willing to help and ensure that your questions and concerns have been taken care of. I was given detailed information over the phone, and all of the questions I asked were answered. I went to take a look at the truck the next day - the salesman Randy was very polite. At no point was the sale rushed, and we felt no pressure at all. After a test drive, we were satisfied with the truck. They went straight to the point and gave us their price, and we offered them our price. The manager who was there said "okay, meet us halfway with the price" and we bought the truck. Overall the entire transaction was very pleasurable. All of the staff (not only our salesman) were very friendly. I would gladly and definitely recommend this dealership. More
