Blown away! My husband and I had a 2011 gmc dully diesel longbox. Richard from Volkswagen called us and asked if we would be interested in trading our truck. We were on board. They picked us up in Rosedale and drove us back to the volkswagen dealership in abbotsford. We told them what we wanted, what we could afford. We prayed on this to make sure it was the rightnthing for us Kelly and Richard and the finance lady all worked super hard to get us into a new Tiguan with lower payments. The service was absolutely the best customer service I have had in my life and I worked in the customer service industry for 30 years. My husband was Sick during our wait and they made him comfortable, the kindness and concern was genuine. We got the Tiguan we wanted. The comfort line which is perfect for me as I have struggled with back problems and 4 surgeries. I melted into those comfy seats. Richard and Kelly showed us safety videos of how Volkswagen builds for safety and demonstrated how it was built. They really made sure we knew everything about this vehicle first. I went to look at one certain car a good friend of mine said he would have loved to get. He brought up the Abbotsford Volkswagen website and navigated to this sleek black 5 speed 2014 Jetta TSI 1.8L Turbo Highline Sedan in no time and handed me his phone. I couldn't stop looking at it. Rear windows tinted out, this car looked amazing. I had to see it in person. My son and I went the next day asking for a certain individual known as Richard. He wasn't on that day so we came back the next day. After Richard had shown so many aspects of this vehicle, well we were cleaning out the old to put in the new. We drove away in that amazing Jetta. Newest car I had ever owned and by far the best. So beginning of August I get a call from Richard saying I should come in, so I did. A great deal had risen for me on a brand new 2016 Jetta GLI Autobahn! But I was totally into my 2014 Jetta. That's the look I want I said. Richard brought this new GLI around and parked it beside my car. Wow this new car can have the look of my car and be so much more. So the great people at Abbotsford Volkswagen helped me get what I wanted in this new car. That being my tinted windows, my vent shades and me in the drivers seat. I didn't think it could get better than my 2014 Jetta, but the 6 speed blows me away, and so much more of course. You people actually out did yourselves. My friends are jealous except one of course. But no worries, they have been told to stop in at Abbotsford Volkswagen. Thank you to everyone involved in this my first brand new car. Gotta love that new car smell! Absolutely love it. More
