Melissa was very efficient and got everything figured out so I could drive out of there the day I walked in. Augest dealt with the insurance companies which I was dreading. To my surprise she handled everything! I only had to sign and pick up a cheque! She caught errors where the insurance company tried to under pay me and spent weeks dealing with them while I just drove my new car without a worry. Thank you all! More
