Great Service from start to finish I live in Victoria, on Vancouver Island. I was shopping around for a 'new' vehicle (new to me, but 2-3 years old) and came across an on-line ad from I live in Victoria, on Vancouver Island. I was shopping around for a 'new' vehicle (new to me, but 2-3 years old) and came across an on-line ad from Abbotsford VW. The ad showed a 2-year old VW Passat with 30K KMs on it, it had lots of quality pictures, etc, so I called and Nick answered the phone. There was no pressure from Nick and he answered what ever additional questions I had. 20 minutes later I get an email/text from Nick and he had gone out on the lot and taken some video clips of a walk-around the car, as well as the interior of the car, talking in the background and pointing out the features. This was valuable to me as I was not able to visit the lot in person. I then spoke with Kelly and Jason about A) how do I arrange to come and see the car and B) negotiate a price over the phone. I have to admit, it was a bit scary for me to offer to make a commitment to a car I hadn't seen with my own eyes or test drove myself. Well - no worries here. I was given the option of A) making my way over from the island and having my ferry costs reimbursed, or B) having one of their staff deliver the car to me in Victoria, test drive it here, and STILL have the option to not take the car. Sounded pretty safe to me. And I tried looking at the VW dealership in Victoria, Nanaimo and Courtenay - but they didn't have a Highline Passat TDI like I wanted. This was the car. So we agreed on a price over the phone, exchanged emails with paperwork and agreed on a date and time to meet with the staff who was going to bring the car over. That was Peter - and what a nice guy HE was too. Professional, knowledgeable, patient etc. Made the whole buying process less stressful. Couple of days after owning my new sweet ride, I had a couple of questions about some outstanding items (such as a 2nd fob/key, service records etc) and today I get a follow-up call saying it's in the mail. Very happy overall - everyone held up to their end of the bargain and I got a great car with great service. And I have yet to actually meet any of them in person, except for Peter who drove the car over form the mainland. Great job, everyone! More

My salesperson, Tawrin, offered us refreshments and even lunch (pizza) during the process - how great is that ?? He gave me a great deal, I have a brand new Tiguan I love and the process from start to finish was amazing!
