Arrived at the busiest time Saturday, but Kulbeer made us feel welcome and important. We talked about what I was looking for, and why. Last dealer wanted to show me the grocery hooks and vanity lights in the passenger visor, rather than talk towing capacity! We had to wait a few minutes to get plates for a test drive, but that's what happens when you show up on a sunny Saturday...we spent the time relaxing and pushing buttons in the Frontier. Will we get the vehicle? Not sure yet, I can only tell you that we had a great shopping experience. I would recommend Kulbeer, and Ryan his manager, next time you are looking for a car. More

Very disappointed with the service provided by the Service rep - not sure what his name was, but he was very rude and unprofessional. I had nothing but run arounds with him. I book a service for my 2022 QX80 warranty oil change a month ago. When I got to my appointment after 1 month wait, he told me everything was covered and took my information down. When I got there for service, he told me that I need to go to a different dealer ship because it is not Infiniti. Something he should of check with my VIN when he was pulling up my file. but instead he gave me attitude only to tell me thanks for taking the day off work and showing up but we cant work on your car at this location. However: The lady who work in the parts department was very professional and friendly. Kudos to her! More
