I wasn’t planning this year to buy a new vehicle but when I went to have an oil change for my Nissan Rouge, I decided to walk around and check what the new Rouge look like, while checking Kulbheer approached I went to have an oil change for my Nissan Rouge, I decided to walk around and check what the new Rouge look like, while checking Kulbheer approached me if ii am looking for a new vehicle and i said just looking around, but then later i asked him what’s new for the 2023 Rouge and he is so nice and polite and asked me if I want to test drive and i said sure..While driving we talked and he explained all the details, showed everything what i want to know about Rouge.. but to cut the story short he is well deserved to have this sale from us, he is an amazing sales staff!! Well recommended !!! What an amazing man!! Thank you Khulbeer i wish you more sales and success on what you do!!! Keep up the good work!!! More
Arrived at the busiest time Saturday, but Kulbeer made us feel welcome and important. We talked about what I was looking for, and why. I didn't feel pressured to buy more than I need, or buy features tha us feel welcome and important. We talked about what I was looking for, and why. I didn't feel pressured to buy more than I need, or buy features that are not important to me. Compared to the last time I was car shopping it was lovely. Last dealer wanted to show me the grocery hooks and vanity lights in the passenger visor, rather than talk towing capacity! We had to wait a few minutes to get plates for a test drive, but that's what happens when you show up on a sunny Saturday...we spent the time relaxing and pushing buttons in the Frontier. Will we get the vehicle? Not sure yet, I can only tell you that we had a great shopping experience. I would recommend Kulbeer, and Ryan his manager, next time you are looking for a car. More
Very disappointed with the service provided by the Service rep - not sure what his name was, but he was very rude and unprofessional. I had nothing but run arounds with him. I book a service for my 2022 QX80 warranty oil change a month ago. When I got to my appointment after 1 month wait, he told me everything was covered and took my information down. When I got there for service, he told me that I need to go to a different dealer ship because it is not Infiniti. Something he should of check with my VIN when he was pulling up my file. but instead he gave me attitude only to tell me thanks for taking the day off work and showing up but we cant work on your car at this location. However: The lady who work in the parts department was very professional and friendly. Kudos to her! More
The dealer took my Versa for a 10am appointment oil change on Friday. They didn't contact me on Friday to let me know about my car. On Saturday morning, nobody wanted to look in their service departmen change on Friday. They didn't contact me on Friday to let me know about my car. On Saturday morning, nobody wanted to look in their service department at what happened with my car. They kept/stole my car and I can't get it to use over the weekend!!! Rediculous. Worse service department ever!! Worse customer service ever!! Bunch of incompetent people. More

Really a bad service after the service. I have spent over $5800 for them to do the whole things, timing belt, rear brake replacement and fixing my driver side lock, the brake was noisy and squeeky and the lo $5800 for them to do the whole things, timing belt, rear brake replacement and fixing my driver side lock, the brake was noisy and squeeky and the lock doesn't work either when I called them to complaint about it, they said they are willing to take a look at it provided I am willing to pay $69.00 each for them to look at it. They messed up themselves and they want us to pay again. The whole car is squeeky, so everything they look at, it has to be $69.00 for diagnostic More
