Extremely disappointed with my experience. I was repeatedly contacted about a promotion to reduce my interest rate to 0%, or receive a gas card if that wasn’t possible. I clearly stated multiple times that I did NOT want to change my vehicle — only reduce the interest on my existing loan. At the dealership, I was told my payment would drop by about $200 per month. After I agreed to proceed, they suddenly “forgot” to include taxes, reducing the savings to about $100. Then, at the final step, I was informed the loan would be extended back to 7 years instead of keeping my remaining 5 years — adding two extra years of payments and thousands of dollars in cost. When I refused to extend the term, the deal was withdrawn. No gas card was offered as promised. My credit was checked unnecessarily and my time was wasted. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic to get customers in the door. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I expected much better transparency. More

I switched to Abbotsford Nissan from Go Nissan Edmonton a year and a half ago with a 7-year Nissan contract that includes free oil changes and car washes/vacuums with each visit. However, over the course of three oil changes, they've consistently made excuses about the vacuum being broken and never vacuumed my car. This doesn't make sense over a year and a half. Additionally, I discovered they changed my license plate cover without my permission, using their own branded cover for their own advertising, which is disrespectful and a breach of personal property. Furthermore, I brought my vehicle twice for a speaker issue where the driver's side speaker cuts out, and both times the service department couldn't resolve the problem. If you want good service, I would not recommend this dealership. More

On October 2, 2025, I visited Abbotsford Nissan to buy a 2025 Nissan Versa SV. Before my vist to the dealership, Sales rep. Mr. Abdey assured me there would be no mandatory add-ons. However, after test drive and at the time of finalising the purchase, the sales manager presented me the quote and said it was mandatory to purchase a $3,000 “Fraser Valley Package” and refused to sell the car without it. The package included: 5-year service package Wheel locks, Mud Flaps Ceramic coating Nitrogen tire filling This practice of forcefully imposing add-ons is coercive, misleading and unethical. I walked away without buying the car. Dealers should never force add-ons as a condition of sale. I hope Nissan Canada and the Vehicle Sales Authority of BC address this unethical and coercive practice. More

There service department is terrible I bought a 2024 Nissan pathfinder platinum from them .From lol changes to tire swaps to warranty items. They either tell you a certain date and time and when you get there say it was not that date.Or you get there for your appointment and the technician is not there as he is late.Do not fix what they are supposed to so you have to bring it back etc. Very sad I will not buy another Nissan due to customer service I have received on 6 occasions. Went in to speak with Charlie @ Service Dept. , and had Mike look over my concerns. Can’t thank them enough! While finishing up with the Service dept. I decided to get my 2018 Rogue appraised by M , and had Mike look over my concerns. Can’t thank them enough! While finishing up with the Service dept. I decided to get my 2018 Rogue appraised by Mo who had texted me previously to do just that. Before he even got a chance to setup in his office he seeked me out. We had a great time going over the options and just chatting up a storm talking about life, family and cars. Mo, Scott, and Raj were all great to talk with. I wish I could say I got upgraded to a newer vehicle, but it just wasn’t working out that way. I could see myself becoming great friends with Mo (The Rock) if we weren’t so far away from each other. I look forward to seeing him again next time! More
