Purchased a vehicle through KIA corporate program and expected a no hassle relationship with the dealer as there would be no negotiating on price. Dealer did everything they could to scam every last dollar out of my pocket... mis-calculated prices, added BS warranties, treatments, etc, etc. Every time I asked to remove something from the purchase price I had to argue and listed to 5 minutes of BS about why I should pay for said add-on. A lot of promises were made during the purchase including a discount on servicing... found out that said discount only includes aftermarket add-on parts, nothing else. Service group is just as 'great'; Recommended service interval is 8,000 km. From the time I bought the car they are trying to tell me I have to come in every 6,000 km. Why would KIA Canada, QEW Kia website and the service manual all say 8,000 if it was actually 6,000? They don't have an answer for this question except some nonsense rambling. Basically, I am waiting for them to screw up or overstep in a significant way so that I can call KIA Canada with a serious complaint! More
I can't say enough good things about my dealings with Rocky Jayam .I had been searching for some time for a new car,and after visiting several different dealerships and being told that the model,colour,o Rocky Jayam .I had been searching for some time for a new car,and after visiting several different dealerships and being told that the model,colour,option combination I was looking for was just not available.That didnt seem to be an obsticle for Rocky,he ensured me he would find one,and thats just what he did.Not only that but he was able to find a 2013 model and made me an amaizing deal on it as well. As I work on the road,most of our communication was by email and he kept me informed every step of the way.The car arrived on time,was ready when promised,and the entire transaction was made completely painless. So far I am very impressed and hope the rest of my experiance with the car and dealership will be as smooth as the purchace and delivery. Thanks again, Dave More

I decided to enter the highly competitive subcompact market after many happy years of driving VWs. Having attended numerous GTA dealers, I walked into QEW/427 Kia last Saturday to test drive Rio5 SX. Sa market after many happy years of driving VWs. Having attended numerous GTA dealers, I walked into QEW/427 Kia last Saturday to test drive Rio5 SX. Sales was busy, so Nav Gill, used car/fleet manager, assisted me. Nav told me upfront that he wanted to "find Kia brand ambassadors", not "sell" me a car. I was impressed but I reserved judgment. I knew what I wanted but I grilled Nav to test the evidence. Nav thoroughly reviewed the car's features, options and performance capabilities with me over lengthy test drives. A few hours later, I was sold on the car but, more importantly, on Nav as my "go-to-car-guy". 5 days later, Nav delivered exactly what he promised and I was thrilled to meet my hot, new Rio5 SX UVO (perfect window tint!) and Nav reviewed all the bells and whistles with me. I was also impressed by my experience with Vick Hasan, financial services manager. Vick is an elegant, warm and mild-mannered professional who also offered me a lovely selection of coffee, sweets and toys! If I had to offer any critique: I had a surprising and unnecessary telephone debate with a manager a few days before I got my car (but Nav sorted everything out) and perhaps some of the building interior and the customer areas (waiting area, washroom) could use a bit of refreshing. It's early days and I'll report back, but I have absolute confidence in Nav to deliver on the "Kia brand ambassador" promise and experience. Accordingly, I highly recommend Nav Gill to any car-shopper, especially people who are skeptical about starting a new relationship with Kia. Nav Gill will deliver! More

It's our 2nd car from this dealer. 1st one is Sorento and 2nd one is Sportage. Delivery for Sportage was on June 28th 2012. Both time the process was nice and easy. At 1st we stopped at KIA West on St. Clair where we got yelled by one of the employee for trying to find out how much our trade in would worth. It's how we ended up at 427 QEW KIA. Paperwork was done quickly with step by step explanation. At the delivery time we got full demo of the car. Our phones were paired with Bluetooth. We recommend 427 QEW KIA and Nav Gill. We will be going back in a few years to get something else. Anton More
The dealership was spacious and inviting, staff was friendly and acknowelege you when you first come in. I went to QEW/427 Kia to lease a new Rio 5 LX. After living in Toronto for 12 years and never owning a car I was quite nervous about this purchase. Nav exceeded all expectations. In July of 2011 I purchased a used vehicle from 427/Kia. The engine light came on within the first few weeks. I notified the dealer promptly, who had a diagnostic completed: the Catalytic converter needed t The engine light came on within the first few weeks. I notified the dealer promptly, who had a diagnostic completed: the Catalytic converter needed to be replaced. KIA stated, it was unnecessary and instead sent the vehicle to a muffler shop. This was a band-aid solution since 4 short months after, my engine light returned, the diagnostic; the catalytic converter needed replacing. Basically, the dealer knew of the issue but failed do the work properly. Sadly it does not end there. Further to my dealings with KIA back in February, 2012, where they agreed to replace the part that my car required to run properly, I am now left without a car. Myself & my two young children were stranded 2 hours away from home thanks to the poor workmanship and the incorrect parts used by KIA. I have had the car checked by 2 mechanics including the insurance adjuster and they are all in agreement that the part used was incompatible and also installed incorrectly causing my car to set fire while on the highway endangering not only myself but my families lives. Kia thus far are not surprisingly interested in my calls or emails. More
