Rob, was by far, the friendliest and most knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the colours I wanted in a 2012 weren't avail but, Amit & Rob offered me a great deal on a 2013. Took a bit longer than I had hoped to get the car but, understand there was a shortage of cars. A great experience and definitely recommend Rob & 427 QEW KIA! More

We knew what we wanted to pay and Rockey met our price. We left feeling we got a great car at a great price and I would highly recommend Rocky to anyone looking to purchase a car. More
When buying my new Kia optima the dealership was great. Rob seemed to do everything he could to make the purchase as fare and easy as possible. 3 months after I received my Kia I was hit from behind. The treatment I received from the service department and even Rob was amazing they got me my car back in no time and Rob still call once in awhile to just see how everything is. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking. One of my friends has already purchased a car from Rob as well. More
We were in the market for a 2012 Sedona, had visited another Kia dealership was not happy with the sales person, so contacted the Manager at 427QEW - Amit by email, he responded back to me immediately. another Kia dealership was not happy with the sales person, so contacted the Manager at 427QEW - Amit by email, he responded back to me immediately. We set up an appointment to come in, Amit introduced us to his sales person Nav Gill and the process began. We had done our home work, knew what we wanted, Nav was very respectful of this, did not try any "car salesmen" tactics on us, which I greatly appreciated. The negotiation process was quick and smooth, they had done their research on the value of our trade in, everyone left the table satisfied with the deal. Our choice of colour was specific, not offering any alternative, which I believe was tough on them, it took them a few days, but they came through for us, found us the colour we wanted. We just took delivery of our shiny new black Kia Sedona yesterday, great vehicle, great delivery, great salesman. Ask anyone what the worst part of buying a new vehicle is and they will tell you it is dealing with the salesman, but let me tell you if you want at different, relaxed, dare I say enjoyable experience call Nav at 427QEW... great guy.. We will be back !!! More
I have just had by far the most pleasant car buying experience in my life thus far. We just purchased a new 2012 Kia Rondo with the help of Rocky Jeyam at 427/QEW Kia. He was straightforward, pleasant and passionate about giving us the best deal possible. I had done my homework and knew I was getting a great deal. He also went out of his way to offer a generous amount for our trade in, even though I was planning to sell privately. We had the model and colour within a couple of days, and are extremely happy with our purchase. I am not a fan of the car buying process; however, this truly was a stress free and pleasant experience. Thanks Rocky! More

Nav almost never called me throughout the whole process (not finished yet) of almost 2 weeks , I was the person to call and ask him for an update, and I mostly were given some run around like I’m some kid of the street. He made me feel like he is doing me a favor selling me a car. After almost 2 weeks I got very fed up with the process, and I called KIA Canada to file the complaint against the whole treatment, and process.... I told them that I do not want to deal with this guy for the reasons I mentioned before.....and what happened.... the guy calls me and screams to my ear. I can’t say that I didn’t do the same I even used few words I maybe should not. Bottom line is that I wanted to buy a car and nobody was there to sell it to me……. I’m going to deal with a different Diller hoping he will appreciate my business More
I purchased a Kia Rio 5 about 2 months ago and absolutely love it! I have been super busy and haven’t had time to write you, but I really have to tell you that my salesman, Rocky, was just amazing. I walked into the dealership not really knowing anything about purchasing a car and within 5 minutes, I was test driving the car I wanted. He was friendly, accommodating and all around just a great person. He answered all of my questions and more and really taught me all about the car buying experience. He worked hard to get me exactly what i wanted and boy did he deliver. The best thing is he didn’t make me feel pressured to do anything i didn’t feel comfortable with...and that is all i could ask for when purchasing my first car. Thanks Rocky! More
This dealership is horrible with communication, following up and organization. We went in to purchase a 2012 Kia Rio (through carcostcanada). The process was not easy and involved us calling in several times up and organization. We went in to purchase a 2012 Kia Rio (through carcostcanada). The process was not easy and involved us calling in several times for updates; they did not call us until we called them. Andrew, our sales rep was not knowledgeable at all. He had to have Amit answer most of our questions. We were told that the car we wanted was at their main compound and after a few days passed we called in and found out that it was shipped to Ottawa. We ended up getting the car a week later, however it had over 500km on it. The day of the pickup took what seemed like hours, waiting around for Andrew who didn’t know what was going on. We had to remind him we still owed money for the remainder of the deposit; very disorganized. After the paperwork was finally complete (up until this point we had not signed anything and the car had been plated and financing was arranged), we got the car. At this point despite the disorganization and lack of communication getting the 2012 Rio wasn't really that bad in comparison to the other arrangement we had going on in parallel. We went through the dealership to transfer our old car (also a Rio) to a family member; the entire process was extremely difficult. They were to arrange financing, perform a safety and transfer the existing plates to the family member. Seems simple however…… Communication again was horrible. The family member had to frequently call in to find out what was going on. They ordered new plates instead of transferring the existing ones. They performed the safety and the service department decided (without calling or getting authorization) to machine the brakes, perform an oil change, replace the front windshield (small stone chip on passenger side not in area swept by driver’s wiper blade; replacement was not required for safety certificate), run cleaner through the engine, the list goes on. On top of that they charged $100 to clean the car which had been detailed prior to bringing it in. The only time we found out any of this was done was when the family member went in to pick up the car. We were expecting an $84 charge for the safety not an amount 10 times that for “general service” that was never agreed upon. Any anomalies that they found should have generated a phone call. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. If anything get your quote from them and go somewhere else. Based on nickfar's review of their service department and from all the unnecessary work they did to our old car, I wouldn't recommend you take your car here for that either. They clearly do not care about the customer and their communication has a lot to be desired. More
I know a five rating on all criteria looks fishy, but it's true in my case. I got the dealer invoice price from carcostcanada.com and was referred to QEW Kia. I went on January 3,2011 which I knew to be it's true in my case. I got the dealer invoice price from carcostcanada.com and was referred to QEW Kia. I went on January 3,2011 which I knew to be their last fiscal day of the year and negotiated a great deal on a Sedona. As of May 2012 I was/am extremely happy with the Sedona and needed another vehicle so I got a quote from carcostcanada.com on a 2012 Kia Forte and went back to QEW Kia and worked out a deal same day in May of 2012. These guys are happy to deal with you off of the carcostcanada price. Also had a guy ding my rear bumper and they did a fine job of repairing and colour matching. More
