Horrible service Came in to service my car. Asked for a shuttle, as I was doing it on my break. My workplace is literally 5 min drive. About 30 min walk. Was told it w Came in to service my car. Asked for a shuttle, as I was doing it on my break. My workplace is literally 5 min drive. About 30 min walk. Was told it will be 10 min before someone could drive me. After waiting for about 45 min, asked if I was still getting a shuttle. Was told another 5 min. After waiting for an additional 15 min, someone approached me and told me car was ready. I paid for my service and literally waited another hour before my car was ready. In total 2 hours wait. No excuse to lie to your customers. Horrible, horrible. I will look for another Volkswagen that charges exact same for service but with better customer service More

Went for a battery change and they put the new battery on my passenenger seat!?! The battery left a mark on the leather! What kind of mechanics are these? I take pride in my vehicle owned it for just over 5 years and this is disgusting. I try to keep my car in perfect condition. A simple battery change they can't even handle. I suggest Pfaff tuning the hr rate is almost the same but they take pride in their work not like these butcher vw mechanics. Yorkdale vw sucks to, over tightened my oil filter about 2 years ago never went back. Queensway vw, bad customer service. Volkswagen needs to step up their customer service! I give 0 stars out of 5 ! Clear BS tactic , the car has been painted partially just to further downgrade the real value of the car . Was offered at least $6000 lower than what the car is worth . For all you new buyers stay away from this con place and NEVER EVER trade in your cars to them or you will lose thousands of dollars . I was asked no less than 5 times what do I expect to get for a trade in hmmmmm ??? I wonder why ? More

We went to 401 Dixie Volkwagen, to buy FIRST CAR FOR MY WIFE, and our expe To All, Really a bad experience "dealing" with 401 Dixie Volkswagen. We went to 401 Dixie Volkwagen, to buy FIRST CAR FOR MY WIFE, and our experienced was turned AS xxxx BY THE SALES TEAM OF 401 DIXIE VOLKWAGEN. I wanted to check whether "My Wife" can get financed by Volkswagen or not , before making any deal. Sales persons of 401 Dixie told us to sign a document, so that THEY can check the credit status for my wife. They told us that "Finance Manager" can leave from office any time, so please sign this form and we can check the credit score". We were not given the TEST DRIVE and the sales team never asked us to take the TEST DRIVE of 2.0 Trendline Jetta. After signing the documents, we test drived the car and found that the car performance was not upto our expectations. SO WE INFORMED THE SALES PERSON ON THAT VERY DAY (9TH MAY 2015) THAT WE DONT WANT THIS CAR, PLEASE PUT AN HOLD TO THE DEAL. We asked them to give us the quote for 1.8 Trendline Jetta TSI. Now at that point GAME STARTED. They knew that customer has already paid 500 CAD so he is entrapped. They refuced to give us any discount. The amount quoted by them was very high for me to pay. So when i told them to cancel the deal and refund my money, 401 DIXIE VOLKSWAGEN Came up with their claims that i have to pay for the FREIGHT of the car + I wont get any refund back. (500 CAD + 350 CAD). Inspite of the fact we told them that we already informed their sales person on 9th May for the cancellations, Volkwagen's MANGER is saying - " YOU HAVE SIGNED THE BOND, SO BEAR IT. I Dont know what's said by my sales person, but since you have signed this paper, YOU HAVE TO BUY THE CAR OR FORGET 900 CAD". This is a fishing attempt of entire sales team of this place. I personally don't recommend anyone to come to this place to buy any car, as you can only expect " DISHONESTY" from this dealership. Really a bad experience More
