Engine light diagnosis I do not recommend this dealership. They charge $138 for a diagnosis that takes 2 minutes to perform. I was given a quote of $3000 to fix two issues. Right after driving off their lot, I went to a private mechanic who charged me $400 to fix my car. I will drive my car to the ground and I will never again buy a VW véhicule. I have been driving Golfs for 25 years, I love the car but loyalty means more to me than prestige. If you are listening, VW only cares about how much money they can get out of you. The cars are built cheaply and the efficiency of the engine is very poor. More

Terrible experience with inappropriate sales pressure! My daughter recently purchased a new Passat and 410 Dixie was the nearest VW location to my office. So we went at lunch time for a test drive of the J My daughter recently purchased a new Passat and 410 Dixie was the nearest VW location to my office. So we went at lunch time for a test drive of the Jetta and Passat. My daughter booked t appointment and sales representative had to be corrected several times on the time of the appointment. the call was not friendly. We arrived with the intent of purchasing and after test drive had decided to purchase Passat. We asked for a quote and there was other packages added which we did not ask for. Then we asked for best price. the sales representative got his manager who sat in front of us and the tough selling started. I was asked to make an offer!! So I explained that I do not play games and wanted their price. He said 29k and then asked him to confirm and he said i did not offer that but it could be a possibility. My daughter of 20 years and her first car purchase experience wanted to leave and we did leave and I agreed to call them back but would go to another garage. I called VW Oakville and a German speaking person answered and said he would get back to us but never did after giving him my cell number! Then on to Bramgate and what a different experience! Professional, competent and helpful. I would strongly suggest that you have some independent reviews carried out by 3rd parties as my daughter would not have bought a VW only for the experience at Bramgate!! More
