Unethical Sales Methods and Very Inferior Customer Service I received from that dealership poor and very inferior customer service. It happened between August and September of 2015. The initially establishe I received from that dealership poor and very inferior customer service. It happened between August and September of 2015. The initially established purchase conditions were ignored without previous notification. The car came equipped with accessories that I didn’t order or had asked to be removed in an earlier negotiation process. I was misled, deceived and overcharged. I asked for a detailed price breakdown but my numerous emails and phone messages were ignored. I also experienced very unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour from some of the staff.  I thought that time would erase the bad taste from my mouth. Unfortunately, as I still have serious doubts about the deal I unwittingly made, my feelings about that place and my dissatisfaction are constantly worsening. As I have never received a proper explanation I feel manipulated and hoodwinked. Nissan is a globally reputed brand. I would expect a smooth and exemplary purchase process rather then a shady third hand used car trade experience. More
