She is knowledgeable and friendly and did her best to make us happy. Although the level is not the same as when Greg Carrasco was running the show, they are trying to improve but lucking experience especially in small things that make the customer happy. For example I will never use their car SPA. The car was not clean properly and in delivery this does not make a good impression. I would rather charge the customer an extra 100 dollars and professionally clean it. It is the final impression and can kill your future bussiness. However, if you are considering to buy a car (new or used, I tried both) you need to check this dealership. More
