Four appoints to have a Technical Service Bulletin issue

on my Nissan Rogue addressed. The first visit Dixie Nissan denied there was a problem, stated they checked for TSBs and found nothing. I wasn't convinced and did my own research, found the TSB and printed it out for them. They said that they had located the TSB and were going to get back to me? Second visit to diagnose the problem, I thought that's what the first visit was for. Third visit appointment was made, I show up Dixie Nissan tells me they won't be able to keep the appointment and send me home. Each time I needed to drop off the vehicle was a huge inconvenience, a lot of schedules being altered for drop offs and pick ups. I am told numerous times Waqas, the service manager, will contact me.....I'm still waiting for the call. By the way, no one in the service department answers the phone. All in all, a horrible experience.
