I have 2021 Nissan Qaskai, had some technical issues with my car had to bring in for repair. It is still under the basic warranty . When service department took appointment and clearly mentioned there with my car had to bring in for repair. It is still under the basic warranty . When service department took appointment and clearly mentioned there will be 149 deposit for checking. I wouldn't even consider to bring it in. I went several other Nissan dealers for repair weren't asking for any deposit for payment. Just simply waisted my time and gas. If serviceman try to charge for the reason beyond my knowledge ? I wonder why services representative, manager, and owners were same back ground, If this is their policy they have to customer inform before hand. Not worth to try. More

I recently bought a pre-owned car at 401 Dixie Nissan and had an excellent experience, starting with Katelyn at the reception who managed to bring us in and put us in contact with Mohamed Muhsen. Nissan Murano 2018 I’m leaving this review because I felt it important to let others know that I had a very positive experience when I purchased my 2018 Nissan Murano S FWD from 401 Dixie Nissan a coup felt it important to let others know that I had a very positive experience when I purchased my 2018 Nissan Murano S FWD from 401 Dixie Nissan a couple weeks ago. I checked the Google reviews on this dealership and it was mostly positive and the majority of negative reviews seemed to come from the after sale service department. I admit that this made me nervous but I wanted to buy from an authorized Nissan dealer and this dealership had the SUV I was searching for with more than I had hoped. The next day I was able to go see and test drive the vehicle which by the way was booked for me around 4 am after I sent a booking request around 11pm the day prior. I really appreciated the after work hours response. Response times were excellent with my whole experience be it email, text or calls. My salesperson was the leasing manger Shoaib and he went above and beyond in responding to my requests and concerns such as getting the vehicle up on a hoist for me to properly examine the underbody and providing me with all the details involving the purchase of this vehicle where I felt there was no vagueness or intentional omissions. I was treated like I was as important and valued as much as someone buying a new vehicle. I was really impressed with his service and attention in helping me to make an informed decision. As such the decision was made to buy and now I was off to the finance manager Rahul, who offered the same exceptional service and even extra financial advice. He really knew his trade and I was not left confused or in the dark about any aspect of the sale and again I never felt that he had somewhere else he needed to be. A few days later, my vehicle was picked up, paperwork finalized and I was back home 1 hour away. After having the vehicle in my possession for a couple days, I contacted 401 Dixie Nissan about a few concerns I wanted them to take a look at and rectify. The Service Manager, Waqas and the Sales Manager, Zohaib were very apologetic, became involved in correspondence with me about these things and promptly had me bring the vehicle back in and gave me a loaner in its place. Aside, from the hours of commuting I had to do being an hour away, they did much more than I expected and it was worth the driving and inconvenience. I picked my vehicle up a couple days later, for the second time and I was so pleased with the service 401 Dixie Nissan gave me post-purchase. Their motto of service excellence and customer satisfaction was definitely present and then some. I highly recommend 401 Dixie Nissan if you are looking to buy used or new. I came away from the whole experience feeling very positive about it all and confident that if I had any issues in the future, that Waqas, Shoaib, Rahul and Zohaib, would do all they could to assist me. My experience was five star *****! Thanks to all at 401 Dixie Nissan, the whole team who worked together to make my dream a reality! More
