I got a beautiful 2017 Mazda CX-5 and I love it! Buying a car is stressful. It involves a lot of money, paper work, and a lot of sifting through garbage information online. On top of that, when you go to car dealerships the sales people are so pushy and rude. It causes your stress level to increase exponentially. 401 Dixie Mazda was the opposite. I visited them 3 or 4 times over the past 3 months or so, and had a pleasant experience each time. No one tried to manipulate me into buying a car. The people who work there are not pushy, just helpful. After visiting other dealerships, I went with 401 Dixie Mazda because I thought they were the most honest and easiest to deal with. I have had other cars, but this was my first time financing a vehicle. 401 Dixie Mazda made the process as straightforward and easy as possible. They didn't tell me different things and go back and forth like some other dealerships we dealt with. I got a beautiful 2017 Mazda CX-5 and I love it!!!!!!! It's my dream car. Please don't give them your business or trust I bought a brand new mazda 3 from 401 dixie mazda. I was not satisfied with the way car was driving and engine was making noise. The service departmen I bought a brand new mazda 3 from 401 dixie mazda. I was not satisfied with the way car was driving and engine was making noise. The service department told me that its normal for skydive technology and will always shut my concerns. I traded the car in less than a year due to frustrations with the drive nd bought a brand new CX-3. The salesman fooled me in buying 2016 model in 2017 as apparently he was giving me a great deal as managers special only to realize later that I didn't save any money. They are just crooks and took advantage of me being single female who was relying on my sales person for advice. My brand new Mazda CX-3 has been giving problems. I called service department and they fixed the AC as it was not cooling the car last summer. After that my car started giving more serious problems. It jerks and stalls while driving. I called the dealership for them to check it out as it is too dangerous and unreliable for me to drive me and my kids to school and work everyday. The service guys Adam told me he can't take me in until next week. SERIOUSLY I have a car thats not driving and you can't check it until next week. What am i suppose to do meanwhile? His response is "you can bring your car and leave it here but we wont check it unit next week. You can rent a car from Enterprise meanwhile". REALLY after buying brand new car I should be renting cars as MAZDA is so unreliable and the dealership wont even back up their product. I explained him I need them to look at the car ASAP and asked them to give me a loaner car to drive if they cant look at it right away. He arrogantly refused. i asked to speak to service manger and they are never available. So here am I with an awful vehicle and awful people I regret doing business with. More

I have only every purchased used cars and can't stand the "back and forth dickering". I dealt directly with eh Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Rohit Ratti and found him to be refreshingly a real pleasure to deal with. I test drove about 4 vehicles before making my decision and want to compliment the Lot Manager who accompanied me. He was professional and displayed a great sense of humor.
