Even though it was my husband that was buying the car, Johnny still involved me in all the discussions and answered all my questions. As a woman, I felt respected and acknowledged, unlike other dealerships that make some women feel inferior or invisible. All the staff that we met were very friendly and insightful! I actually went into the dealership to test drive a Sienna because I had driven a similar one the day before and I wanted to have a comparison. The price was about the same as the one I had seen before. Well the vehicle drove great and I got it for around the price I was hoping to pay so suddenly within 30 mins I had bought a Sienna! Sunil was great and he managed to get his manager to agree to order a key fob when the vehicle did not have keyless entry as advertised. Overall it was a pretty good experience. More

I had purchased a vehicle from 401 Dixie Kia previously and decided for an upgrade. I showed up in hopes of purchasing a Kia Optima and was greeted by Sunil. After searching for a vehicle for close to 3 months I walked into 401 Dixie Kia with the idea that I would just be given some sales pitch of why they are the best and how they guarantee I wont find a bet walked into 401 Dixie Kia with the idea that I would just be given some sales pitch of why they are the best and how they guarantee I wont find a better car out there like all the other previous dealerships did.. However, that was not the case. This was the first time I walked into a dealership and was treated as a person and not as a wallet. I was lucky enough to be first introduced by Sunil who made this process very comfortable and easy for me from day one. Sunil did a great job in showing me the car I was interested in and put in the effort to take me on a test drive twice because I was still unsure if the Optima was the car for me. Sunil and the other people who I dealt with through this entire process were very patient with me and very understanding as this was my first vehicle purchase and I was a little nervous about it. Once I was introduced to Debbie the general manager, everything just felt right about the decision I was making. She had a huge impact on making me feel like I was making the decision I wanted to make and not having other people influence that decision for me. Robert was very helpful on the day of the pickup of my car. He took care of everything for me and made things go very smooth. I appreciate his help greatly as well as Sunil and Debbie.
