This was not the first vehicle that I have purchased from 401 Dixie Kia. So far I and we have purchased 5 ( myself and extanded family ). Also I have referred other friends and associates who have purchased 401 Dixie Kia. So far I and we have purchased 5 ( myself and extanded family ). Also I have referred other friends and associates who have purchased vehicles as well. You don't refer people to a Dealership unless you have complete confidence in what you know will be a happy experience for that referral. I have absolutely no reservations about touting the quality of the people first at 401 Dixie KIA. The purchase of a new car is a stressful experience however it is made easier by quality sales people and friendly financial advice and managemant. My sales person was Johnny Arcangel along with general manager Debbie Squigna. What else can be said except that they are the best ! More

The experience that I had with 401 Dixie Kia went over and above my expectations. The quality of the employees within the dealership was remarkable, they treated me as if I was part of their family. She ensured that I was 100% confident and comfortable with the vehicle I chose, she wanted to make sure all my wants and needs where met. And they were! Rob was the icing on the cake. Rob again just like Debbie ensured that every part was understood and that I was comfortable with my new 2012 Kia Forte LX. Might I add a little tidbit of information - my original plan was the buy a used 2008 Toyota Yaris thinking I would be placing myself in a more affordable payment/vehicle, well I have to say I was wrong. I drove away in a BEAUTIFUL white 2012 Kia Forte LX with almost 0% interest ! I feel safe, comfortable and most of all, HAPPY! Great cars at great prices. Being part of Car Nation means they were able to offer a vehicle we wanted without much delay and at a solid price point. I filled out a pre-approval online and within 24 hours I had received an email from Melissa Stitt's letling me know I was approved and asking when I was able to come in. I made my appointment on a thursday at 7pm, I arrived at the dealerhip around 630 for a quick look around and met Melissa for 645pm. Over all I was a tad nervious about making a deal. I had a car that I really wanted to trade in for something newer and reliable but was worried I would get bonned on the trade. Turns out I had nothing to worrie about. Melissa was extremely friendly, and very helpfull. She showed me a car that I absolutely love. ( 2011 Kia Forte5 SX ) after the test drive we went back to her office and worked out the payments and trade in, and told me I could come back on Saturday at 10am to pickup the car. On saturday I arrived at the dealership around 930 I met with Melissa and she let me know the car was ready and that Rob McFarland would be going over the paperwork and final test drive with me. Rob was extremely friendly as well, greeted me with a hand shake, smile and even offered me a glass of water. When we sat down to finish up the paperwork I was waiting for the catch... Thinking there had to be a catch this deal was to perfect. Both Melissa and Rob were way to easy to deal with. Iv been to other dealerships in the past and Iv never had such an easy worrie and stress free experience as I did at 401 Dixie Kia. After all was said and done Rob took me out and showed me how everything worked on the car. Made sure I was 100% satisfied and even went out of his way to activate the satellite radio for me! Talk about service. If anyone wants to buy a New, Used vehicle they definelty need to visit 401 Dixie Kia!!!!!!!! Thanks again for such a great experience, I'm loving the new car!!! More

I felt like I was a genuine priority. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and all the services that Kia provides its customers. I did not feel pressured or unsure about anything and he had no problem answering ALL of my questions. He was very patient and even came in on a day off in order for me to pick up my car before the weekend. I truly feel like he went above and beyond my expectations of a sales representative. This is my second Kia vehicle, and with quality service and a quality product, I do not see myself in anything but a Kia product. Thank you for making my purchase a dream and not a nightmare.
