I drove by the complex on a Sunday and Kia was the only dealershiop open of the entire complex of dealerships. I walked in, and was met by two associates. I can honestly say, this has been the best experience. The sales person LISTENED to me as to what I wanted and did not want. This is a rare feature for a car sales person. Upon pick up of my vehicle, he went thru the entire vehicle with me and set up as much as possible making my transition to the new vehicle from the old, enjoyable for the first time ever. When walking to Parts counter, gentlemen there immediately greeted me politely with sincerity, so immediately dropped my guard. I took my KIA into be serviced per the warranty. I had purchased new from the dealership and it was not a great experience and the sales guy was unable to focus on closing the deal, I literally had to do purchased new from the dealership and it was not a great experience and the sales guy was unable to focus on closing the deal, I literally had to do all the work and chase people down to make sure I got what I paid for. So I was really unenthused about dealing with service department. To my surprise Alan Dzidek and the his team worked hard to get my trust back.
