Sunil at 401 Dixie Kia took exceptional care of my account from the beginning to the very end. He was extremely relatable, friendly and showed he was devoted to my account. He was given a gracious recommendation to me from a trusted body shop, and for good reason. He was knowledgeable and prepared. For a girl who doesn't know much about cars, he made it all make sense. He equipped me with great information about my Optima, and didn't miss a feature, right down from fuel consumption to accessories, and safety. I was never kept waiting at the dealership, even when I showed up unannounced a couple of days later! He kept in touch throughout the entire process and was very accommodating. He even offered to come in on his day off had I wanted to pick up my car that day. Above all, he listened. I had some concerns about budget and he and the management team were able to make it work for me. Sunil also gave me some solid advice about returning my old lease to my previous dealer, to ease any anxiety and concerns I had of returning it. He educated me on the process, to make sure I was being taken care of, even outside of Kia. Sunil and 401 Dixie Kia were instrumental in making my purchase of my new Kia the best experience I've had or heard of.
