Mrs. Berberi From the moment your 2007 Sportage arrived at the dealership and pulled into the drive through, to the time you came and picked it up, your vehicle is on our cameras and we have full video proof that your vehicle was not damaged while it was in our possession. We invited you to come in to view the videos of your vehicle yet you refused and chose this path instead. The cameras show you picking up the vehicle in the morning and you called us after dark that day to let us know you have damage on your vehicle. It is clear the damage you are speaking of happened after the car was picked up. If you would still like to come in and see the video evidence then you are more than welcome to do that. Please contact Katie directly if you wish to reconsider so you can see for yourself that we had nothing to do with your damage.

When I brought my car we checked it for any damage prior to the car going in to be serviced. I was there for over 2 hours. I then went to pick up my husband in front of the hospital as he was waiting as I was late. I never parked it. We went straight home as he was not feeling well and I was off for Remembrance Day. The car was parked in the driveway the whole day. When my son came home, I asked him to turn on the car and push the brake so that I can ensure the passenger brake light was working as I had asked the KIA serviceman to change it. That's when I noticed the damage to the bumper on the passenger side just below the brake light and I called KIA right away to report it. That is the reason I called in the evening. I know the damage was done at KIA while my car was being serviced. The car went from the KIA lot to my driveway thus the car was damaged while being serviced. KIA should take responsibility and replace my bumper.

KIA has written the very same reply on Dec 03, 2014 as they did on Dec. 01, 2014. Thus, they are not taking responsibility. I am filing a police report and taking KIA to Small Claims Court. I gave them the opportunity to work with me but they continue to deny responsibility. I will never go back to them.
