Kara Bahadur, Your email could not be more inaccurate. I have never even met you so I have no idea how you can say I have poor customer service skills. If you would like to pick up the phone or come in to the dealership and discuss this in person I would be happy to talk to you about your concerns instead of you hiding behind your keyboard. I understand your credit challenges and we worked hard to try to get you into a vehicle. Your credit concerns are not our fault. We actually got you an approval as you can see from Amits email below which you ignored. Attached is the last email from Amit on Jan 12 which you ignored; From: Amit Sharma @ 401 Dixie KIA [mailto:asharma@401dixiekia.com] Sent: January-12-16 6:50 PM To: 'Kara B' Subject: RE: Stock # ST16036A Kara, I spoke with the bank and there is a possibility. Before I pursue this any further with them I would like to know that the following would be acceptable to you. $ 2000 down $ 355 biweekly for 72 months I need proof of income showing income of 48000 as claimed and the CCTB. Need clear copies of all the documents from you if the above is acceptable. Once I receive these from you, I will pursue this with the banks for final approval.
