The moment I walked into this dealership, 45 mins before they closed on a Friday, I was greeted by the most friendly amazing sales associate, Seper Saidali I have ever met. I was so anxious of being pressur they closed on a Friday, I was greeted by the most friendly amazing sales associate, Seper Saidali I have ever met. I was so anxious of being pressured and did NOT know what I wanted, I only knew I wanted a new car to call my own however had walked out of several dealership prior that day due to horrible customer service and pressure to sign NOW. He not only went over and above to make the entire experience one of the best I’ve ever had but also listened to my concerns, remembered what I knew I wanted and presented me with the perfect vehicle for me. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and I never felt pressured into anything at anytime. My finance manager, Zeeshan Khan, was also incredible during the entire process. He answered all my questions, went over and above to explain all the fine print to make sure I was happy with what I was receiving and I felt like he had my best interest in mind at all times. He didn’t even get upset at my 300 phone calls! Together this team made the entire process so enjoyable. I will go back here again for all my future vehicles and recommend them to my family and friends 100%. More
