Hi Angela, Unfortunately some of the staff that were assisting you are away on vacation this week, and for us to choose a course of appropriate action we will need to reach out to you. Myself and my Service Manager Jody, have taken some time to review your file he will be calling you later today to discuss how we can assist. I’d also like to take the time now to apologize for the behavior you mentioned above. In looking over your work order history we have replaced the vehicles immobilizer, and attempted to diagnose and replicate the concern on the dates you mentioned with no luck. I think out of our misplaced frustration you were given advice that seemed like we were trying to pass the buck, to you on your starting procedures and then to another dealership for further diagnostic work. Again, my apologies. We are better than that.
