Absolutely the worst experience I have had buying a new car. Unfortunately during these times it was hard to find a car I needed quickly. I called as they had one on the website. I should have followed my gut at that point as it started out with lies. Did not have car on lot but would be coming in the next few weeks. Started working on purchase price and financing. Hyundai had advertised 3.99 but they told me 5.99 (my credit rating is excellent) after questioning this they said they would do 4.99 but could change after approval. Stupidly we signed the deal S we really needed a car. The next day I called a few other dealers about financing and all told me 3.99. I called and complained and they finally resent the deal with the 3.99. Car came and we picked it up, went over the payments and dates. Well to our surprise payment did not come out on date stated. I left it for a few days then reached out. They had no clue why and would look into it. Payment finally came out 5 days later. We did bi-weekly so next payment date came and they took 2 payments. I called Hyundai and was told the dealership submitted Aug 1 as first payment and we were 3 payments behind as paperwork arrived late from dealer. We never even had the car in our procession till Aug 12 (did the deal July 18). The dealership did not have car on the lot till Aug 10. Since when do you pay for something not even in your or their possession? I contacted dealer about this and was told “ I just spoke to Hyundai and the original date of the deal was July 18 and the first bi weekly is Aug 1 due to the program and rate of 3.99 percent in July so the 3 payments are correct.” Funny as 3.99 is still on Hyundai website. Why were we not given correct dates when we picked it up car and went over payments and starting date. Thankfully we had the money to cover additional payments but what if you didn’t or needed that money to pay something else! Nothing but deception and lies from this dealership. Save yourself a lot of pain and deal anywhere else! More
Bought 2019 Sonata from this useless place. Not happy with them like many others here. From the start it was a nightmare. I live in Scarborough and just happened to drive by this place. They never told me that car I'm looking for was at Ajax dealership. They made me drive over at least 5 times. They never installed my remote starter system that they charged me over $699 for. Got brand new car with over 800km on it. Had to come back several times to pick up my cheque for that starter they never installed and speaking with manager didn't get me anywhere. Like everyone here recommends...STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! P.S. just to add the headline news from one of the Hyundai assistant service manager...he said he would NEVER buy Hyundai himself...even though he works for them... SHOCKER!!! What does this tell you... More

Absolutely horrible salesmanship at this location. I am not sure how exactly can they run this business by lying to the customers. I was looking for a Hyundai Tucson 2022 and was told that the wait was 4-6 not sure how exactly can they run this business by lying to the customers. I was looking for a Hyundai Tucson 2022 and was told that the wait was 4-6 months, so I let it go. Recently the sales person Tallal called me and said they had one available in stock as someone had cancelled it and they could offer me a really good deal if I was interested. After reaching there, the next one hour was a horrible ride. "The car is not here, I must have said it was going to come in later(no, you said the car is here and thats why I came to see what I was buying). The car is going to come within a week, so its still not bad. Oh one more thing, the color is different from what I said. And I cannot show you the same model, but you can see one model up and one down so that you get an idea. (ok, I said lets talk about the pricing). The manager is busy and he is working out on a price for you." After a lot of time wasted and them telling me that they were working on a price for me.. enter Mr Sayed Dost who is the sales manager, "yes, the car we had told you before was available but we sold it today for 5K over MSRP, and if you want to buy the new one which we spoke about, you need to do the same". 5K over the MSRP - and it took them over an hour to come up with this magic number. Without wasting much time, I got up and got out. Such a rip off.. please stay away .. More
Had experienced worst experience from this store by 1 of its Manager, Sayed. On 4-Nov, Sales Officer Areeba Farooqi called me & offer for 1 of its Hyundai Tucson-2021 (Demo) @ $27K with "0%" interest & its Manager, Sayed. On 4-Nov, Sales Officer Areeba Farooqi called me & offer for 1 of its Hyundai Tucson-2021 (Demo) @ $27K with "0%" interest & no booking money. And she also arranged an appointment to visit the store. Accordingly i visit the store on 6-Nov, did the drive test with the car supervised by another Sales Officer Yoojun Lee who promoted the same offer. However, when i sat for all details, their Manger took the charge - saying the basic price will around $32K @ 4.99% interest rate which is ridiculous. Also mentioned that policy (0% interest rate) has been changed & sales officers are not aware of this. More importantly, the Manger, Syed is very non-compliant, arrogant, bad tempered & overall very inefficient in people/customer handling. He doesn't believe in walk the talk. I had an extreme bad experience from this store. Every1 should keep this in mind. I have all records of communication (Email & SMS) with The sales officer (Areeba & Yoojun Lee). If company wants they can very the voice records about our discussion offered to me. I'm a new immigrant & just got the license in last week (28-Oct-2021). This was my very attempt to visit a Car store in Canada, however, came up with a worst experience from a Car Dealer. More
Dealership is very shady. I have had an awful experience with the purchase of my vehicle. They lied to me about the air conditioning on my vehicle. Once I received the vehicle, I informed them that the air with the purchase of my vehicle. They lied to me about the air conditioning on my vehicle. Once I received the vehicle, I informed them that the air conditioning was not in fact working. They told me to bring the car in at a later date so they can install the part. When I finally brought the car back in, they told me that the car did not come with air conditioning. I certainly would not have bought a vehicle without air conditioning. We are currently out over $30,000 because of this dealership, and have had a terrible experience dealing with management. The manager has told us that the part cannot be installed, but I called many Locations, and the kit is widely available. This dealership has taken advantage of us, and I hope for nothing to happen like this to any of you. More
Got a call from this dealer, the sales man was very pushy when I told him I only want to look at the car and have quotation before deciding probably by July. Maybe he does not want to serve us, then he should have cancelled the appointment instead of wasting our time driving there. Or it could be possible he does not want to serve a Asian customers. Not a positive attitude for the sales department More
