I visited 401 Dixie Hyundai for a service on my Sonata, mentioning an issue with the steering. They recommended the 3rd package service, which I agreed to. However, I later received a call from them stating that my rotors were in poor condition and needed to be either replaced or machined. This was surprising, as I had a service done 5,000 KM ago at another Hyundai dealership, where I was informed that the brakes were in good condition. I subsequently returned to my previous Hyundai dealership for a second opinion. They inspected my vehicle and confirmed that there was no need to replace or machine the rotors and brake pads, contrary to the advice from 401 Dixie Hyundai. They assured me that the brake service was adequate and would last for more kilometers. My car is relatively new, being only 1.5 years old. More
