I recently took my new Hyundai Elantra to 401 Dixie Hyundai for its second service and was stunned to be charged $586.89 for a basic service. This is drastically higher than the average market rate of Hyundai for its second service and was stunned to be charged $586.89 for a basic service. This is drastically higher than the average market rate of around $150, which feels incredibly unfair. As a new Hyundai customer, I was unaware of these costs and feel misled. Adding to the frustration, I’ve tried multiple times to contact the service department for clarification, but my calls keep going to voicemail with no response. This level of service and lack of transparency is deeply disappointing, and it has seriously made me reconsider my choice of Hyundai. Though it took longer than I had hoped, Crystal secured my transmission replacement under warranty and that was awesome. So I got winter tires done, an alignment, brake stuff, fuilds and still spent less t my transmission replacement under warranty and that was awesome.
