Trevor and the staff at 401 Dixie Hyundai are very aware that purchasing a car is a very big and at times stressful process. Trevor listened to my needs and I was treated with the utmost respect. I bought a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe, and I haven't looked back. I went to a few dealerships prior, and just didn't not feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle. I had no such feeling when I came to 401 Dixie Hyundai. So, why didn't the service dept. detect the problem with the right ball joint, in particular, when the left was repaired 3 weeks ago? Surely the service dept. mechanics could have and should have seen the problem coming? Our front assembly broke on the road. We have been dealing with 401 Dixie Hyundai for about 14 years. They usually do a much better job of keeping our car safe and operational than that. After all, we ALWAYS adhere to the maintenance schedule. P.S. Jody Clarke is an excellent Service Manager. More

Everyone here really cares about their job and their customers, Kang is so knowledgeable and kind and professional, and so was the admin and management staff. Later we needed their help for parts and service and Violet went out of her way to help us get a part, we could tell the employees help one another and support eachother. The service and parts department are awesome and helpful, this makes a big difference. Highly recommend this dealership and its family. More
