I was definitely looking for value which narrowed down my options to Hyundai Elantra 2017. Next step was to find the right dealership to buy from and I did visited many. I was looking for a reliability, competence and people I could count on. One of my friends bought his 2015 Sonata Limited from 401 Dixie Hyundai and he had me come in here. Erick Briones is the individual I dealt with. It was a lot of back of forth with questions, bargains to get the best pricing possible. I didn't close the deal the very first time I visited and scheduled an appointment after another 2 days. I needed time to think and reconsider my decision but Erick was very professional and helpful throughout the process, I could see he was working to get me the best pricing and making sure that I am comfortable with my purchase. I was still getting contacted by other dealerships I visited for used & new cars, telling me all sorts of things they could do for me but I didn't felt right about it. Finally I made my decision to get a brand new car – Elantra 2017 GLS, which has been an amazing car and great purchase. After visiting the Auto Show, several dealerships, and reading multiple rev We came upon 401 Dixie Hyundai as part of our quest to find a Compact SUV. After visiting the Auto Show, several dealerships, and reading multiple reviews, I had pretty good knowledge of the products available, and used that information in querying Brian Penner, our salesperson. Of all the salespeople we had dealt with in our search (across multiple brands and dealerships) we found Brian to be the most knowledgeable about his products and the specifications and options, and pricings available throughout the Tucson line-up, and most capable to offer valid comparisons and feedback on other CUV offerings. We found him to be friendly, and not overly aggressive in his approach. When we signaled that we needed time to consider our options he respected our wish without applying any additional pressure. When we came back a week later, he gave us additional time, addressed our further questions, and then we moved through the negotiation process without feeling undue pressure and arrived at a mutually agreeable price. We felt comfortable in our dealings with Brian, and his sales approach gave us confidence and trust in our purchase decision. The rest of the dealership process was handled professionally and we had a very positive experience in dealing with 401 Dixie Hyundai. More
