Rabia, First of all, we thank you for your business. We hope the Elantra is working out well for your family. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding when it came to your budget and the cost of leasing a new car. As for the monthly budget you were hoping to achieve originally ($80.00), when we spoke first, I clearly mentioned that we could not accept your offer at that time. I also mentioned that you would need to be much closer to the $100.00 mark. Both yourself and your husband were thanked for coming and you left for a few hours. Once you returned, you place an offer with us and after some slight negotiation, we both agreed on a fair price and we accepted your offer. I'm not sure where your $200.00 bi weekly payment came from but I can assure you that it was not from 401 Dixie. We also reviewed your final bill of sale and see you were not too far away from the above noted quote. Perhaps there is some confusion, or even a billing mistake? I'd be happy to help clarify if that's the case. We are extremely concerned by your comments on Dealerrater.com and would love to talk to you more about the way you saw the deal. We assumed you were happy with us and the deal since you did thank us all for our help. This is obviously is not the case and would love the opportunity to make this right.
