Anna went above and beyond ! I took my daughters car in for something I was hoping was minor ..... it turned out that it failed in many areas and my bill was going to be something I took my daughters car in for something I was hoping was minor ..... it turned out that it failed in many areas and my bill was going to be something I hadn't planned on. Anna went over every issue on the vehicle and they were things that did need tending to - Immediately! She was more than understanding and insisted that nothing on the invoice would be done unless it was necessary. She assured me that all the parts were Hyundai products and even though I could get some of the work done elsewhere, explained all the pros and cons. After being re-assured by Anna on many things, I went ahead and had all the work done. I am glad I did and have nothing but high praise for Anna. Her personality and knowledge were above and beyond! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP TRIED TO RIP ME OFF ON TRADE Wow! There are currently zero service dept. reviews and there are currently 303 sales staff reviews all suspiciously positive? Sounds almost too good Wow! There are currently zero service dept. reviews and there are currently 303 sales staff reviews all suspiciously positive? Sounds almost too good to be true! It seems like their sales staff and reputation management firm spend a lot of time writing their own fake reviews. My first experience with this dealership was very disappointing and started with one of their salesman who threw me a high ball on my trade telling me that he was sure he could get me full black book value on my trade if I could only come into the dealership. (I should have saw this one coming.) I told the salesman all details up front about my car so the salesman knew exactly the car that I was offering to trade and the dealership did not dispute my car nor its condition when they appraised it in person the next day at the dealership. Once they saw it the dealership agreed that my car was in A1 condition. After talking to their sales manager, I realized that this high ball number that the salesman gave me earlier was simply an effort to try and con me into coming in to his dealership a con which unfortunately I fell for. My bad. So after I arrived at the dealership the sales manager only offering me a very low ball number on my trade low ball number that was thousands of dollars below even the Canadian Black Book Value. Beware...these guys won't even give you Canadian Black Book value or fair market value on your trade. Maybe I'm old fashioned or something but I guess my theory is that if they ultimately want to be cheapskates when offering their clients low trade in values that are well below Black Book value then they should be up front with their clients about this from the get go (especially when asked up front by client such as in my case) and they certainly should not pretend that they will offer you top dollar for your trade in over the phone only to offer you thousands of dollars below Black Book value for same A1 condition car when you have taken the time out of your day to come into their dealership albeit under false pretences created by salesman such as in my experience. I would be naïve to think that I am the only customer that they have ever lied to or tried to high ball or low ball. In our experience they acted in an untrustworthy manner. I can gladly say that I left the dealership without making any purchase. More
