PURCHASE OF NEW VEHICLE EXPERIENCE Most consumers complains about hasty deals that they got themselves into and blames the dealership. In my honest opinion, no one cheats you but you. You should always be an alert buyer rather than hasty one. I went to this dealership for test driving a new vehicle. Salesman approached with warm welcoming way and showed vehicles according to my need. Once the vehicle was selected, I did the initial offer and left the dealership to see whether they (salesman + sales manager) greed me into the deal. They understood my reason of leaving and waited for my return. When I came back, I completed the last offer that was suitable to my need and something that is agreeable by them. This is where the actual trauma started when I signed bill of sale, I went back on following day and requested for change in bill of sale so it benefits me by placing my father as owner. Salesman, and Sales manager assured me that it will be done. Usually a dealership doesn't require to follow-up on such request since you have already signed bill of sale and it wasn't their fault. But despite my serious silly mistake, they committed to their word and completed my request. On the day of picking-up my vehicle, I was with my friend and father. The car had somewhat dust accumulated. As soon as we informed salesman regarding this, he provided a coupon to car wash with apology. When my friend kept pointing it out during inspection, Salesman ensured that the vehicle is cleaned prior to completing the inspection. Again, the car stayed for a while only because they had to go through change over on ownership due to my silly mistake. With all this on-going, I forgot to pick-up my deposit. I received a call from salesman to remind on it. I don't know about others, but this dealership has given me the best car buying experience until now. More
