"I have a 2018 LC 500. Initially I took my new purchase to Lexus of Dayton for an oil change and a break recall. The recall had recently run out for my year vehicle but Lexus went above and beyond to replace them at no cost and provided me with a loaner vehicle to reduce the stress of being without my car. Since then I’ve had 3 flat tires due to nails and screws, every time my service representative Bob has gone above and beyond to help me… he even replaced my car remote battery as a courtesy when I said my remote wasn’t working. Top notch service for our special cars!! Thank you Bob and Lexus of Dayton!!"
