Kevin from Okotoks GM helped me out of a very tough spot. The transmission on my previous Yukon had been slipping and it eventually died. We had been looking everywhere for a replacement vehicle. Really appreciate his honesty and the no pressure sales. Working with Michael to take care of the paperwork and financing made it a breeze. Great communication through emails made the transaction effortless. Dealing with Amara in the service department is fantastic as well. She is another person that is a straight shooter and makes every effort to ensure that I am happy with the work being done to my truck. Customer service here is excellent , we are from out of town , and when it turned out we wouldn't be able to complete e Okotoks Chevrolet Buick GMC . Customer service here is excellent , we are from out of town , and when it turned out we wouldn't be able to complete everything the same day , they arranged a hotel so we could finish the next day . Very easy to work with , no pressure , just nice helpful people . Highly recommended ! More

My experience buying a brand new truck from Fred was stress free from start to finish. This is the best dealership and sales person I have ever dealt with, and I would gladly come back next time I need stress free from start to finish. AVOID. Inquired on a truck on a Saturday and we’re told it was available and received the info on it and told them we were interested, so Monday morning the Inquired on a truck on a Saturday and we’re told it was available and received the info on it and told them we were interested, so Monday morning the salesman sent us a video of the truck and we told him yes perfect we are on our way to purchase . We get half way on our two hour drive which I received a text saying they sold it. I called the manager and left a voice message and he didn’t even called to apologize or explain. I’m very disappointed in the way they dealt with this. No integrity there at all. Please people avoid this place. They do not care for their customers, only lining their pockets!!!!! Our time was just wasted dealing with these unprofessional people. More
