I came in for an oil change and a repeated problem with the shifter. There was a lot of confusion about what was going to be done and when. After 3.5 hours I was told they were just putting my car back the shifter. There was a lot of confusion about what was going to be done and when. After 3.5 hours I was told they were just putting my car back together and I’d be on my way shortly. Then another 3.5 hours passed before I was on my way. 3 to 4 hours of the 7 hours was time my car was being worked on and the rest of the time was the service writer trying to figure things out. I understand that when a person is new to the job there is a lot to figure out but it would be nice for them to have a mentor to help them figure things out. More

The appointment I made on line would not work and the wanted to change it to next week. The advisor was unfriendly when I arrived and his text to me was not customer friendly, all it said was truck is ready. When I went to pick it up, they told me to wait and they would bring the truck up, I waited for 20min. I could see the truck out back, so I went back in and said, give me my keys and I will get it. She told me to wait again and it was another 10min. This was unacceptable. They didn't even wash it and it needed it. This is the first time that it needed a wash and it didn't get one. They never had to wash it before this because it was always clean. I don't think I will bring it back. More
