Would have been higher except for poor handling and wasting my time. It was an oil change which was obviously finished in a reasonable time. Service representative said was not urgent as part of his pitch. The it was to be 20 minutes to finish up the paper work. My car was parked outside. thirty minutes later I was summonsed to pay. Probably because I was visibly pacing. In any case I figured that the company time was more important than my time. Have not rated the service representative since he is not listed below in the rating section for the Service Department. More
