Bad customer service with Loy Very very bad customer service. I already spent 2 hrs and got nothing. I was discussing my deal that is 2 new civic ex with Mr. Loy. 6479796775 i am very unhappy with his service my point was to get a paper where i can see the price of the car so i can think about that car by comparing money but Mr Loy told me that you can come only that day when you want to buy a car. In addition towards that he told me that i am very lucky that i have got a test ride otherwise in other places they are not offering test drive. So my question is this is how you treat your customer At least you are not giving a price paper. I will make sure that any of my family member will not buy a car from your branch. More

Worst experience Worst customer service, had two bad experiences in one month. The parts guy told me that's NOT how it works and turned his back to me as I was speaking to him. 2 hours later after seeing 4 managers I got a 20% discount. Problem was it was actually only 11% had to go back for the other 9% may have been an honest mistake but they are sloppy and their attitude horrible. They are only concerned with how much money they can get out of you. More

Power Window Issue Canada - snowing and temperature -2C with windchill -6. "Buddy" tells me that the techs are busy and that someone will call me back. Then proceeded to tell me that the first available service appt is a week later LOL. Not sure that is what you say to someone who is driving on a highway while it is snowing with the window stuck open. Followup email occurred the next day - thanks Dawn. Hmm - given the situation one would fathom to just tell the customer to bring it in so someone can take a look. This would tell the customer you empathize with the situation and showed a sense of care. This is what Ideal Honda did and they repaired it the next day after the part came in. Yes, given my situation I was dialing for service and went to the nearest and 1st responder. More
