Cost & planned service was detailed to me in an email when I booked, so I was prepared for bill. Courtesy car was waiting, brought to door, defrosted & warmed up. Question I had was answered by the technician that had worked on my car. I had asked about the cost of a future service, and that estimate was in an email to me by the time I got home. Within a few minutes I met Stelios Spiliotopoulos who proved to have great knowledge regarding the vehicle that interested me. Following each of two test drives he provided comprehensive information in a very low pressure manner, which I appreciated. I also appreciated that he's worked in the dealership for several years, including in the service department. Once I became serious regarding this purchase the process moved ahead, again without pressure. Like any negotiation there was flexibility required on both sides. Remaining details for the trade-in and purchase - ownership transfer etc. - were handled efficiently. Overall my experience was highly positive, which left me feeling great about the dealership.
