And the technical knowledge and professionalism from the advisors is tremendous - especially Bryan Livingston. I’ve had to stop in to BMW at 7am on a Monday morning without advance notice and I was on my way with a loaner within 15 mins. Admittedly, Sometimes it’s a little confusing figuring out “who’s next” when customers are clustered around the service desk - but that’s a small thing. Terrific place and an excellent team. More

A happy customer This is the first time dealing with BMW, and I am impressed with all the staff. Starting from sales department, financial and service department. Even when I received my BMW, there was some software glitch that needed to be updated, they gave me another loaner car till they fix it. Then after they fixed it, they sent me my BMW to my work place through vallet. Happy to be a Beemer. More
