There was no high pressure sales at all, and every staff is genuinely friendly, so I started checking SUV models that might suit my requirements. A sales expert patiently detailed the features of the XC series SUVs with meticulous knowledge, yet carefully attending to all my questions and doubts. In my opinion, the XC60 is excellent value for money and I walked into Volvo of Unionville to purchase it the next week from the same friendly salesman Pat. This is my best purchase ever but the great experience doesn't stop there, because the post sales service is just as painless. On picking up the car, Pat personally familiarize me with all aspects of the car's features, including my upgraded electronic packages. This place really makes me feel they value their customers. As a long-time Volvo owner I was particularly impressed with the Recently purchased a pre-owned Volvo S60 from the great folks at Volvo of Unionville. As a long-time Volvo owner I was particularly impressed with their level of knowledge, professionalism, concern and attention to detail. I had a minor issue with the car a week later (not uncommon for a used vehicles) but unlike most places the sales and service department really stood by the car, thier work and me the customer and were extremely obliging. Not only did they cover all the repairs but they provided routine status updates and even went out of their normal operating area to ensure I got a ride home while the car was being serviced. I would highly recommend dealing with Aaron Chuang (General Manager) and Justin Connell (Service Advisor) as they both really went out of their way. Great experience. More
